Presley Crowe, one of Shane Crowe‘s two daughters that have documented, alleged and reported detailed sexual abuse against their father, turned up the heat in her fight to expose the California courts for granting full custody of her little sister Skylar to him. Presley and Skylar’s stories have been the subject of much media attention of late, including a brief segment on the Dr. Phil show and the Web site, SaveOurSkye.org.

“I remember very vividly what was done to me,” Presley said. “My ‘father’ (I hate to use that term with him, because he does not deserve the title) forced me to masterbate on him and perform oral sex on him. Abuse isn’t funny in any circumstance, nor is it a light matter. Abuse effects all those involved, and creates scars that will never completely heal. What has happened to me has affected every aspect of my life. My work, my school, my friendships and relationships. This doesn’t just go away, especially when I’m in a battle for my sisters protection and restoration of whats left of her childhood. This man has a history of violence against women and children. His connections with people like Glenn Sacks and Teri C. Stoddard say a lot in my book.”

Here’s Diane Anderson, who was Skyler’s first attorney. She was eventually taken off our case because she was having an intimate relationship with Shane Crowe. Last court date we had she sat in for Judge Abby Roseman and acted as Skye’s attorney. When I testified about the abuse she stated “you never told me, if you did tell me I would have done something about it.”

His daughter Skyler lives with him in a controversial custody dispute that has rocked Amador County, Calif. and social media Web sites for several years.
